It is not meant to promote any ideology, and is only here for art. • Song's History: This song was written after The First World War, in 1920, in tribute for Florian Geyer: one of the leaders of The Great Peasants' War: the peasants' revolt against clergy and aristocracy. In the spring of 1525, Florian Geyer used his considerable wealth to form the "Black Army", which fought against aristocracy along with the peasents.
