Light gets shot: Original vs. Relight

I made this video to showcase the differences between Light getting shot in Episode 37 of the anime and Death Note Relight 2: L's Successors. If you don't know what Death Note: Relight is, it's basically a condensed and abridged version of the whole anime into a few hours. Besides some extra scenes, it isn't really worth watching if you've seen the anime already. (And considering how second arc was rushed to begin with, I wouldn't really recommend it for first time watchers, unless you're too busy to watch a whole anime.) That said, this is an exception. I found it extremely interesting how—besides the obvious missing scenes that Relight is known for—different this scene sounds. All the sound effects have been changed; Matsuda's gun sounds more realistic (it actually freaked me out the first time I heard it, ngl. I wasn't expecting this version when I was watching a video that had this in it as a meme, so I was like "whoa, what is this!?"). Plus, most notably, Light's VA re-recorded the MAD-famous "Bakayaro, Matsuda!" line. Probably so it flows better into his speech that follows after Matsuda asks about Soichiro's death, which the Relight excluded. Either way, a really interesting addition. I prefer the original take, though. It's what I'm used to... Also, if you're wondering, I haven't watched the whole Relight (like I said: pretty pointless if you've actually seen the anime) but Kira's laugh doesn't change. inb4 somebody asks, lol. As far as I know this is the only re-recording. Wonder why they didn't just edit the scenes together and made him record a whole new take? I'll upload an actual video sometime here soon. Life has been hectic as of late, and I need some time before I can put together a good vid. Thank you for understanding.
