Social Security will find you #disabled if you have a medical problem that has not responded to treatment and results in frequent and unscheduled missed time from work or missed days at work. To put this another way, if you have to use the restroom every 60 to 90 minutes, and if you have both urgency and frequency, and if you are likely to be in the restroom for 15 to 20 minutes at a time, you would not be reliable enough to sustain employment. In addition to treatment records, I advise my clients to keep a "restroom diary" detailing the daily frequency and duration of trips to the bathroom.
