Stukje Fietsen Inverness - Loch Ness (went for a wee dive)

Cycled from Inverness city center to Loch Ness for a dip in the loch. It was amazingly fresh, and a lovely experience! I've been told that the watertemperature is around 12 degrees Celcius all year round, so depending on the season swimming there could be a warm or a cold experience. For me it was very nice, but i guess it would be very cold to most people as the outside temperature was exceptionally warm for early october. I'll definitely be back in the area as it is just amazingly beautiful and i have so much more to explore! The route i choose was not exactly a good one for cycling, but i am stubborn and insisted on going to this side of the lake instead of the more bicycle accessible east shore. I took a part of the A-road which is supposed to be a very dangerous road. So.. "Don't do as i do! Do as you want" is my motto.
