At Babilou Family, we are committed to providing growth opportunities for our employees to develop their skills and gain new perspectives and experiences. To facilitate this, we organise learning journeys with global teams across the countries, where our educators can participate in exchanges and share best practices with each other. Our educators Ms Irene Estrada, Ms Gynna Luah & Ms Ong Chia Min, along with centre leader Ms Siti Rahmah Elle, are back from their inter-country learning journey to France. Having presented innovative Sustainable Education® lessons and projects, they were chosen to go on an amazing learning adventure in Paris. They had the opportunity to visit our Babilou Family HQ, some of the Nurseries, and participated in an Educational Workshop organised by the team in France.
