So it's actually been a while since I recorded this video, and since then I've played several more rom hacks, including some more really well known ones like Blazed. Even after all that though, Rocket Edition is still my favorite so far, and no Pokemon game I've played so far has hit the spot for me in so many ways. If you still haven't already, please go check out the game and play for yourself - there were actually tons more of stuff I wanted to talk about in the video, but I really didn't want to include spoilers, especially in a "why you should" video. Just in case you're really new to emulating games, please carefully look through the guide. After getting the emulator, you'll need to download a patcher like Lunar IPS and patch the file onto a basic FireRed Rom. This is for PC, and I'm not sure for Android.
