Don't let the cold weather at high altitudes or any altitude dampen your spirits—take proactive steps to keep your home warm and comfortable all winter long by completing a professional furnace maintenance! 🧐 Some Items We Found: 🗻 Adjusting for Altitude: This furnace had its outgoing gas pressure at less than half causing it to take forever 🥶 to warm up the cabin and potential damage to the primary heat exchanger. 🧐 Vent Inspection: Found blowing ❄️ snow inside the vent piping shutting this furnace down. 🧐 Static pressures are too high. 😩 Found furniture covering the main return air grill. 😁 What are some of the items you can do?: Air Filter Care: Keep your furnace running smoothly by regularly cleaning or replacing air filters to maintain proper airflow.
