✅LIKE & SUBSCRIBE✅👍 The Dartmoor is home to a variety of wildlife like ponies, sheep, cows and numerous bird species. The pony is a hardy breed that has lived on the moor for centuries. Some members of the herds wear GPS collars to be easily located in this vast moorland. I was lucky parking next to a pool were the animals come at morning to drink so I had the chance to experience one of the most fulfilling experiences in my whole trip around UK. Dartmoor is characterized by vast open moorlands, granite tors (rock outcrops), wooded valleys, and rushing rivers. It covers an area of about 954 square kilometers. Also is home to a variety of wildlife like ponies, sheep, cows and numerous bird species. Dartmoor has its share of myths and legends. Local folklore includes stories of pixies, ghostly hounds, and the notorious "Hairy Hands" that are said to grab steering wheels of unsuspecting drivers. Hope you like my content!! ✅LIKE & SUBSCRIBE✅
