Full Episode Available NOW Today i had the pleasure of sitting down and chatting with Pete Abordi. Pete grew up in Maroubra, NSW. Growing up surfing and running about he joined the Bra Boys. A well-known group of guys who had a passion for surfing and looking after one another, mostly coming from low socio-economic situations. Pete found success in the hardcore metal scene, with his band 'NO APOLOGIES' Whilst playing in Byron Bay one day, he met a young band who went by the name 'Parkway Drive' and befriended them, eventually touring with them and watching their historic rise to become possibly the biggest metalcore band the world's ever seen. We also go in depth on the Cronulla Riots that took place in NSW in 2005 and what role the Bra Boys had in the major altercation.
