But these steps can be generally followed. ➡️ Ingredients: Salt: as your choice, ½ tsp at last for marinate Turmeric: ½ tsp Red chilli powder: ½ tsp 🐟 🍽 ➡️ The fish needs to be defrosted before cooking. For that, put those fish pieces in salt water for 20-30 minutes. Remove the scales of the fish with a fork or hands by moving the fork/fingers in the direction of tail to head. Remove fins using scissors. Wash…Wash...Wash! Add salt and leave it for another 5-10 minutes. Again, rinse until the water is almost clear. If you have turmeric in your cooking ingredients, add turmeric. Otherwise, just add salt and dried chilli powder. Add 1/2 tsp Dry Chili Powder Add 1/2 tsp Salt Mix well!
