In this episode of The Canteen Cooks, Renée shares her famous snow crab dip recipe so you can wow your guests. This recipe has been a favourite on our menu at The Canteen and with friends. Once you have the ingredients together it takes less than five minutes to prepare. It could not be easier and we know that your family and friends will be super impressed. :) 1 lb cream cheese, room temperature 1 tbsp mayonnaise ¼ cup full-fat sour cream ½ lb of cooked snow crab* 1 lemon, juice & zest 1 tbsp dill, chopped Salt & Pepper to taste Add your softened cream cheese to a stand mixer and beat until completely creamed. Add the mayonnaise and sour cream and beat some more. Add the snow crab, lemon juice, zest and dill, but be sure to set some aside for garnish. Add some salt and pepper. Mix until just combined. Check the seasoning, adjust and mix more if necessary. Add the dip to your favourite serving bowl and finish it some of the reserved crab, lemon zest and dill.
