You can bake them soft & chewy or crisp, depending on your preference! 🧾 Ingredients: 1¼ cups butter, softened ¾ cup brown sugar, packed ½ cup granulated sugar 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp baking soda 4 drops cinnamon oil OR ¾ tsp ground cinnamon ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp ground nutmeg 3 cups oats ¾ cup ground walnuts ¾ cup raisins (more or less to taste) All-purpose flour (amount as used in your original recipe — add here if desired) 👩🍳 Instructions: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, beat the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the egg, vanilla, and cinnamon oil (or ground cinnamon) and mix until well combined. In a separate bowl, combine baking soda, flour, salt, and nutmeg. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Fold in oats, ground walnuts, and raisins. Scoop dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing cookies evenly. Bake: 8–9 minutes for soft & chewy cookies 10–11 minutes for a crisper cookie (Baking time may vary depending on your oven.) Cool on baking sheets for a few minutes, then transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely. ✨ Tip: Cinnamon oil is very strong—use sparingly! If using ground cinnamon instead, the flavor will be warmer and milder. 📌 Some of My FAVORITE Kitchen Tools & Ingredients (Just a heads up: These are affiliate links, which means I may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you.
