Today I will show you how to apply promotions and deals on eBay from Channeladvisor Promoted listing can help you to reach new and active buyers. Also, it helps you to boost your products and get more sales. Before creating a promotion on Channeladvisor you need to ✅Prepare a file with inventory numbers and labels ✅Make sure a single file doesn't cross more than 20,000 SKUs limit ✅The single label should not be crossed the limit of 100,000 SKUs ✅Save the file and upload it back to Channeladvisor ✅Once the label is full of assigned SKUs, create another new label with a different name and assign SKUs up to 100,000 SKUs and upload again Now let's walk you to the full procedure 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐚 𝐅𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐅𝐢𝐥𝐞 ✅Need to prepare a feed file to add labels to the Channeladvisor catalog, so you need to download an inventory file ✅Select SKUs and click on Export button. You can customize to exported file. ✅ Select Custom from the export options ✅In the Export Products page, select the export field that you need in your file ✅Select Label from the export filed and then click on the Export button ✅You will be redirect to Imports/Exports page where you can download your custom inventory file ✅Open the file and add SKUs and Label name there ✅Save the file and go back to Imports/Exports page and click on Import ✅You will be redirected to a new page, Import a File ✅Choose your prepared file ✅In the file processing section, you need to select 'Updates Only'. This will allow you to update the existing SKUS only ✅Now import the file, once done you will see all the assigned SKUs in the Label 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 ✅Go back to the product catalog and hover over 'Sell' from the Menu ✅Select eBay from the options and then Click on Deals ✅Click on the Create option to create a promotion and select the desired promotion option ✅For Ad Type Create new promoted listings- Once clicked, this page will appear where you will have to fill up all the required fields in order to create a promoted listing promotion ✅Promotion Name: It can be anything. For example, “eBay 5% promo ad 8” or “promotion for eBay”. There are no restrictions in creating a name for your ad ✅Once the name is created, set the starting and ending date of your ad ✅Then Write down your eBay account name ✅Configured Rate Campaigns: Provide your desired % for your ad ✅Search with the created label name ✅Select the label. Once selected, click on Filter to check how many SKUs are qualified for the promotion. Only the qualified SKUs will be filtered for the ad ✅Once done, click save and exit ✅Upon successful creation of the ad, it will show in the list That's all for today.
