With the Roast function on the Smart Oven® Pro, all you have to do is prepare your ingredients and you’re good to go. Follow the instructions below to get you started with delicious roast chicken and download Breville+ for cooking guides and live classes. Instructions: 1. Set the Smart Oven® Pro to Roast and place the rack in the bottom position. 2. The Roast setting suggests a default temperature, but it can be modified to achieve the desired cooking outcome according to your preference. 3. Press the Start/Cancel button and let the oven preheat. When the oven is ready, the Start Cancel button’s backlight will turn on, and the LCD screen will display a blinking preheating message. 4. Once preheating is complete, place your food in the Smart Oven® Pro. You can also choose between convection or no convection, and the temperature will adjust automatically to suit your selection.
