This is Week 6 of my marathon training in Season 2 of Fat to Ultra Runner. The first half of the week focused on easy miles, staying in Zone 2, and checking in each mile to see how my body and mindset were responding. By mid-week, fatigue started to build — and then I got sick, forcing me to stop training early. This video covers Days 36–42 of the journey, including the runs I completed, how I felt mile by mile, and an honest reflection on knowing when to rest instead of pushing through.
