Watch this webinar to hear from guest speaker, Ellie Taylor, Senior Research Analyst at The Salvation Army (TSA), who will share insights from a major project aiming to understand FV measurement frameworks. Ellie’s team – the National Research and Outcomes Measurement team - together with the FV team and Centre for Social Impact University of Western Australia, is developing an Outcomes Measurement Framework for TSA’s National FV Stream. This work builds on a 2021-2023 pilot. This session explores: The complexities of measuring impact across diverse service types, survivor experiences, and practitioner contexts Key takeaways from TSA’s national Advisory Network, including voices of lived experience, government partners, and FV specialists The FV Wellbeing and Recovery Indicator—Australia’s first validated outcomes tool tailored to TSA’s approach Early thinking on how to measure outcomes for child victim-survivors.
