'Santa Barbara' 40th Anniversary Reunion: From the Red Carpet to Behind the Scenes
#SantaBarbara #MarcyWalker #AMartinez #NancyLeeGrahn #LaneDavies #RedCarpet #bts The cast and creatives of the beloved soap opera "Santa Barbara" gathered together for a one-of-a-kind special event as the series celebrated its 40th anniversary on August 2nd at the Colony Theatre in Burbank, California. Although "Santa Barbara" ran on NBC from July 30, 1984, it aired its final episode on January 15, 1993. The soap also became an international hit, and won 24 Daytime Emmys. Created by the late Bridget Dobson (who passed away in January of 2024) and Jerome Dobson, this special event also served to honor her contributions to the show. Appearing were Santa Barbara favorites from: Marcy Walker, A Martinez, Nancy Lee Grahn, Lane Davies, Harley Jane Kozak, Judith McConnell, Louise Sorel and so many more. The Michael Fairman Channel was there shooting behind the scenes of this memorable moment in time.
