Coach Justin takes you through a mock day of what the Next Level program and the three seperate programs of Focus would look like. Hopefully this answers most of your questions and gives you a better idea of what each would entail . Two quick side notes not mentioned in video… You are responsible to complete programming at your own convenience if it is extra work beyond class programming. However, please keep in mind the next class always takes precedence meaning you should not be in the way of it is crowded. The solo rig near the garage door can be used, provided coach Dan or another coach is not using it for private sessions. The programming will be mindful of space and time which brings us to the second point. The program will have suggested days to complete it, but if you miss or don’t have the time, feel free to hit it on another day that works better for you.
