Guided tour of the Harmonics #synthesizer Bolt from @NektarTechnology ​ I did not expect Nektar to have a software synth. In my head it was a MIDI controller company. I am happily wrong about that. They have the Bolt software synth that uses the so called Harmonics Synthesis. I would say it's a modern twist on additive synthesis with some FM and Cross modulation on top of very powerful modulation. All in a single window UI that is very easy to use. It's fun, it's different with a lot of similarities to classic subtractive synthesis. It has definitely a sound to it. It can be cold, digital and agressive or round and warm.
