It uses the same 16:9 aspect ratio used in the Wii version of MK: Armageddon, so implementing this wasn't an issue and it doesn't shown any noticeable glitch apart from some polygons changing their LoD. The HUD remains at its native 4:3 aspect ratio stretched, but not a big deal. Fightning against Noob-Smoke caused some slowdowns because of the 4 characters on screen and the stage, which is the most demanding because of the rain, but when playing normally even at stock CPU speed it delivers 60FPS. Not sure with Anti-Aliasing, but without it, it does.
