Clive Nolan - the Progressive Rock Legend himself - invited his local Vikings to the first ever 'Music at the Mead Hall' event, for a weekend of Prog Rock and History talks hosted at his glorious freshly built Mead Hall! The theme for the weekend was 'Vikings & Victorians' and featured live music from Clive's back catalogue, culminating in playing his Beowulf themed opus 'Song of the Wild Lands'. Throughout the weekend we had our living history display set up, featuring the tents, weapons, market and games of the Viking Age, complete with a full blacksmithing forge!
