Mindset is important, but it has little to do either with what the agile folks say it is or with the cumbersome happenstance way that agile works. I will introduce the concept of mindset, deconstruct the way that agile folks use the term, and present a radical alternative to development based on a growth mindset that can liberate us from the agile rut.
