Hello everyone, and welcome to a very special episode of Eating What is Given 안녕하세요 여러분, 오늘은 Eating What is Given이 아주 특별한 한국음식 기행을 준비했어요 In this episode, we will show you the ultimate oyster-eating seafood experience in Korea. 이번 에피소드에서는 궁극의 한국 굴 먹방 체험을 보여드리려고 해요 Imagine sitting outside on a brisk winter night 상쾌한 겨울밤, 바깥에 앉아 있다고 상상해보세요 next to a blazing firewood grill 옆에는 그릴의 장작이 맹렬이 타오르고 있고 With soju being poured into seashell-glasses. 소주는 조개껍데기에 따라져 있죠. Just outside the tent, dozens of oyster farms 텐트 바로 바깥에는 굴 농장 수십개가 있는데 can be seen on the calm clear waters of the South sea 남해의 깨끗한 해수를 통해 볼 수 있습니다 The warm laughter of drunk locals and visitors swirls around in the air with the smoke 지역분들의 따뜻한 웃음이 있고, 손님들은 편안하고 따뜻한 분위기 속에 연기처럼 섞여 어울립니다 And cooking on the fire is a mountain of deliciously sweet and salty oysters, 그리고 달콤하고 짭조름한 굴을 불 위에 실컷 구워먹고 말이죠 Harvested fresh from the owners themselves. 이 굴들은 모두 가게 사장님께서 직접 채집하신거죠 This is Unjinae-gul-gui on Bito Island. 비토섬에 있는 은지내 굴구이라는 가게입니다 And here is how it works: 어떻게 먹는거냐면요 You pay 35,000 won for 8-9kg of fresh oysters harvested daily. 그날 수확된 싱싱한 굴 8-9kg을 3만 5천원에 사구요 You also have access to a giant BBQ drum, and unlimited firewood 세팅되어 있는 거대한 바베큐 드럼과 장작을 자유롭게 가져다 쓰실 수 있습니다 As well as house-made kimchi. 가게에서 직접 담그신 김치도 무한으로 드실 수 있죠 The owner encourages people to bring their own vegetables, 사장님께서는 손님들한테 따로 사온 야채들을 가져와 먹어도 된다고 하셨는데요, and even allows patrons to bring their own meat to grill along with the oysters. 심지어 단골들한테는 고기도 따로 가져와서 굴이랑 같이 구워먹어도 된다고 하십니다 as long you make a reasonable request by phone before arriving 식당에 가기 전에 전화로 다른 재료들을 조금 가져가도 되는지 어쭈어보면 좋을 겁니다 I invited my friends Mike and Jai to have a sea-side outdoor oyster party 해변가의 야외 굴파티에 제 친구 마이크와 제이를 초대했답니다 Along the way, we stopped by Jirisan 오는 길에 지리산에 들러서 to get some heuk-dwaeji (black pig) moksal (pork shoulder) 흑돼지 목살을 샀어요 At a delicious chang-yuk-cheom in Sancheong 산청의 한 정육점에 갔는데 좋은 고기를 팔더라구요 Before heading to the famous Samchangpo fish market 그리고는 삼천포 수산시장에 가서 To collect a few other items for our grill. 그릴에 구울 다른 것들을 좀 샀죠 We then head to Bito island to enjoy a massive quantity of oysters and soju 그다음에 드디어 엄청난 양의 굴과 소주를 뿌시러 비토섬으로 향해습니다 In the fresh cool seaside air. 시원하고 상쾌한 해변에서의 식사를 위해서 말이죠.
