Work with a calendar every day as part of the classroom routine, teaching months and days. 2. In this unit, Introduce time on an analog clock, including the actions and purposes of the hour hand and minute hand. 3. Practice telling time to the hour as a group. 4. Independent practice with time to the hour. 5. Review the sequence for days of the week. 6. Review the sequence for months in a year. Extension Activities: Use Matholia games with varying levels, create books on time of day using illustrations and clock faces, make a calendar.
