Hi my name is akash bhunia . I am a 3rd year legal student studying in south Calcutta law college , kolkata. while studying for my semesters i found out that there were not enough video contents on youtube regarding various topics of the subject. i myself am a big sucker of video lectures. so i decided to make video lectures of my own and upload it on you tube for the benefit of the students. It divides easement into continuous and discontinuous easement AND apparent and non-apparent easement.
