They have crispy, caramelised edges, a soft and chewy centre, and a rich, nutty tahini flavour that makes them totally addictive. Ingredients: 100g/ 1 cup + 1 tbsp almond flour/almon meal ¼ tsp salt ¼ tsp baking soda 1 tsp vanilla extract 60g/ ¼ cup maple syrup 100g/ ½ cup tahini 5 tbsp sesame seeds Bake in the oven 180C/350F for about 8 min or until light golden brown. Cool on the tray for 10 min then transfer to a wire rack. They are soft while warm then become a little bit crispy and chewy.
