Currently in Nifty, the running flat correction appears to be completed, followed by a sharp move in Wave X. Now the main question is: Is Wave X already complete, or is it still pending? If this move is Wave X, then the maximum extension can go up to 111%, which comes near 26,571. At present, price is trading near the 61.80% retracement zone, and from here price can take support from any of these levels: • 38.20% • 50% • 61.80% Going forward, if price starts moving down in the nature of Wave Y, then confirmation will come once Nifty breaks the low of the 25,365 – 25,355 candle. According to the time period, once this level is broken, it will confirm that Wave W and Wave X are complete, and price will start moving down in the form of Wave Y. Till then, we simply let the market move and follow price with structure.
