In mandarin we call this 白切肉 This Poached Pork Belly, is so delicious that you get to taste the originality of the sweetness of the meat. What added even better is the dipping sauce. Wow, it really makes the poached pork belly so delicious and yummy. This really goes very well with steam rice.
