They're based in Bordeaux but reflect more of a global ambient sound than anything rooted in either their local of national scenes. Across the six tracks here there's a chilled and gently rhythmic approach, from the bongos and dub approach of 'Shadow Reflections' to the more scorched sonics of closing track 'Stranded Matter' and the rounded percussive wriggles of 'Divk', the sound design remains exquisite and the arrangements full of life, even when less than in your face.
