Brand names won't touch this end due to the "UNREGULATED" part. But there is a surge of great home made companies around the world that create custom box mods to your specifics in a variety of types and styles. The unregulated mod by Queen City is the result of the passion behind the surge of demands in the custom box mod market. An unregulated mod, with TONS of power! The one seen in my review is a series build, dual 18650 with a theoretical power output of 180-200 watts. The series build puts out a solid 8.4-8.6 volts with a huge amount of power to the coil. Being a series build, meaning the polarization of the batteries are positive up, negative down, your going to get a quicker battery drain but a higher initial power output so keep the charger handy. I ALWAYS suggest using OHM's law to make sure that whatever build you create and whatever aftermarket coil you use stays within safety ranges! It is suggested by the manufacturer to NEVER go below .35 OHM's. Trust me, the heat that comes off of this box is intense!! I was using a Herekles sub oh tank by "Sense", with a range from 70-100 ohms and it STILL came out so hot I had to limit the length of inhale! lol Seriously! I strongly suggest before getting a box like this, you do your research, use OHM's law and be prepared because this is a box for experienced vapers!
