Dizzy Gillespie played a King Silver Flair after his Martin and this was considered a fully professional model trumpet back in its day. At this price, this horn is truly a bargain! Unlike the current UMI iteration of the Silver Flair, this is a fully professional trumpet. It's a fantastic choice for commercial/pop playing. Do not confuse this model with the later UMI-Branded King Silver Flair trumpets which shared a visual resemblance but were not even close the great players that this one is!
