Lancaster's Singing for Lung Health Choir

Take a peek at the goings on of Breath of Fresh Air, Lancaster's dedicated Lung Health choir. Led by community musician Charlie Brown, the choir, run by the Gregson Centre charity, is for adults with breathing difficulties like asthma and COPD. The choir is an officially affiliated Asthma Lung UK singing for lung health choir. There is evidence that singing is good for people with lung conditions like asthma and COPD and helps improve quality of life. On top of that, creative and social activities have been proven to massively boost positivity.
