Historic Campbell Town on the Midlands Hwy between Launceston and Hobart September 2025. Well known for its red brick bridge completed by convict labour in 1838.The convict brick trail tells a rather sad tale of Tasmania's convict past. The Book Cellar below the historic Foxhunters Return is really atmospheric and interestingly was used to house the convicts who built the Red Brick Bridge.
