On this premium audio version of this stereo the parrot connects to the amp, and nothing else. You need a 5 meter extension cable to go from the amp, in the trunk, to the dash up front so that the remote is in range and the screen and microphone can be properly mounted up front. To tell whether you have premium audio, turn your car on and watch the radio display on power up. It will say premium sound if it has it. If this is the case, your amp is in the trunk, like shown in the video.
