This is the second part of the video sharing the story behind African Drums of the Yoruba People. Àyánbáyọ̀ ÀYÁNWỌ̀BI is a drummer who hailed from Ilé Oníṣẹmọ Onílù, Òkè Ìsoko, Ògbómọ̀ṣọ́, Oyo State, Nigeria. He has been playing drum for not less than 40 years with profound experience. There's hardly a kind of drum he cannot play or beat. In this video, Àyánbáyọ̀ ÀYÁNWỌ̀BI discussed how Àpàlà or Àdàmọ̀ could be played like Ìyá Ìlù Bàtá, Ẹ̀jìn and Omele Bàtá, facts that surrounds drumming, clarification and correction of popular misconceptions and errors about drumming and drummer—ÀWỌN ÌDÍLÉ ALÁYÀN. And truth to be upheld by drummers and the (public) world. There is a uniqueness Yorùbá drum carries with three basic tonation. Yorùbá drums are very common now in the world especially Africa region and they are widely accepted.
