Avoid any pressure. Step 2: Take 5-7 deep breaths....and focus on your breaths you - take in and take out...slowly...slowly..slowly..! You may get distracted with some or other thought..don't worry..bring your focus back to your breaths. Step 3: by the end of the music.....slowly gather yourself back to the present......and slowly open your eyes .. at your comfort..
