WCTC tripoint mazda protege at 2018 sonoma raceway trackday. I had just rebuilt the transmission myself and wasn't sure if the car would last beyond a lap (i'm a pilot, not a mechanic) so we ended up running on 10+ year old slicks that were like lexan (total car control exercise). With only 140hp at the wheel (150hp at the crank) it was work to chase down faster cars after being held up by a miata.
