Today I am sharing two types of hill style cooking recipes of Hilsa fish, the most favorite fish of Bangladeshis. Bengalis in Bangladesh loves to eat Hilsa fish, especially Hilsa from padmar river and Chandpur. Hilsa cooking does not need many ingredients. Hilsa fish itself is full of falvour. The aroma of cooking this fish spread all around. Bengali cook in different ways. However, the cooking style of pahadi is always diffrent. ➡️ Hilsa Fish Pani Khola / Ilish Aa Khola:- This recipe does not require much ingredients. It's cooked with only mustard oil, chilies, turmeric powder and onion. Mustard oil enhances the taste of Hilsa fish. This recipe is very simple, easy and very delicious. ➡️ Taro Leaves with Hilsa Fish Filling / Moitwok bai Ilish Aa laksu:- I washed the raw Taro leaves thoroughly and then cut them, because if they are soaked in water more, the throat is more likely to itch. And cooked well with little oil and water. Due to oiling, the color of green leaves will be intact and the water will also separate. I have fried 2 pieces of hilsa fish tail for filling here. I also fried dry chilies and garlic with mustard oil. It has a nice fragrance. I used lemon juice in the filling at the last stage. A filling of taro leaves with lemon juice tastes great and does not irritate the throat. If Hilsa has these 2 types of curry, no other curry is needed. The aroma of Hilsa fish curry increase the appetite to a great extent. Add a liittle more rice that day. Rice is eaten more with this curry. I'm very happy to share with you our diverse food.
