INGREDIENTS ✔️ 1 kilo Giniling (ground pork) ✔️ 4 large eggs ✔️ 1 large carrot (minced ✔️ 1 1/2 cup breadcrumbs ✔️ 1 large onion (minced) ✔️ 6 cloves garlic (minced) ✔️ 1/4 cup sweet pickle relish ✔️ 1 large red bellpepper ✔️ 1/2 cup grated cheese ✔️ 1/2 cup evaporated milk ✔️ 1/2 cup raisins (pasas) ✔️ salt and pepper to taste ✔️ Hotdogs (for filling) ✔️ Hard-boiled eggs as filling ✔️ Banana leaves ✔️ Margarine or butter DIRECTIONS Crack the eggs and scramble them in to a large bowl. In another large bowl, combine the ground pork, minced carrots, onions, garlic, red bell pepper, sweet pickle relish, raisins, and breadcrumbs. Pour the beaten eggs, and the evaporated milk. Mix gently until well-combined. Season with salt and pepper and add the grated cheese. Fry a scoop of the mixture and taste. Adjust the taste of the mixture accordingly.
