MORNING PRAYER FOR POWER, PEACE, AND PROTECTION IN JESUS’ NAME

Beloved brothers and sisters, welcome to Wings of Grace, where we begin the morning anchored in GOD OUR REFUGE AND STRENGTH, not in fear or confusion. I hold this confidence as we pray with faith: the Lord will uproot what is evil and restore what has been attacked. If you have not yet joined Wings of Grace, subscribe and stay with us in daily prayer. Now we pray with reverence and boldness, in the Name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. Today we call on the Name above every name, Jesus Christ, because His Name is higher than every worry, stronger than every challenge, and greater than every fear. When you call on Jesus, you are not speaking into emptiness; you are reaching the Lion of Judah who defends, the Prince of Peace who calms storms within, and the Eternal God who holds your life securely. God Himself invites you to cry out in Jeremiah 33:3, promising to answer and reveal what you do not know, and Psalm 50:15 declares that when we call in the day of trouble, He delivers so we will honor Him. When you are weary and burdened, Jesus speaks again in Matthew 11:28, calling you to come and receive real rest, and we stand on Psalm 46:1 that God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. This morning, we welcome the Holy Spirit to take control, to fill our hearts, minds, and homes with peace and presence, to heal the broken places, and to lead us into the hope and future God has prepared. We lay down regret, failure, and guilt at the Cross, and we claim Psalm 23:6 that goodness and mercy will follow us all the days of our life. We also cling to Psalm 91:4, trusting God’s protection and covering over our lives. In the authority of Jesus’ Name and by the power of His blood, we declare victory over fear, victory over obstacles, and victory over every plan of the enemy, because greater is He who is in us than he who is in the world.
