How to Use Up Scraps | Junk Journal Ephemera Ideas

Three junk journal ephemera ideas that will inspire you to use up your scraps! We’re digging through my trash bag, AGAIN! Last week, I shared how I used trash that I collected from my car to create ephemera for my junk journal. Today, I’m sharing three more creative ways to use up those scraps. We collage scraps from a coffee cup holder, junk mail, and that same old McDonald’s napkin (a gift that keeps on giving lol) to create a resin journal cover. We also make paper clip clusters (a junk journaling classic) and make pleated paper ribbon from distressed receipts! I hope my upcycling scraps and trash adventures inspires you to use these art journal techniques during your next crafting session. You can recreate all of these projects with daily ephemera that you find around the house or even with the paper scraps that are currently cluttering your desk.
