Checking the fluid film rust protection i applied in 2017 when my truck was 5 days old... i spent 5 days taking my time to spray everything under the truck and inside every frame hole in every hole in the doors under the hood up the door and windshield posts up to the roof. inside the fenders especially the rocker panels.. i had to make tools to reach around the interior supports of the quarter panels above the rear wheels because there is internal structure support blocking spray from getting full coverage inside the quarter panels.. i found spots i missed spraying pretty much every year that i touch up during these anual inspections i do before winter when they salt the roads from decembeer thur march .. this is a quick inspection before the 9th winter my ram will see.. i also spray the body up to about 1/3rd of the body right on the paint and i leave it there all winter. i also coat the bumpers and wheels and grill with fluid film and leave it there all winter to protect it from the salt.. i will make another video in a few weeks showing how i spray the body right on the paint with fluid film.. so far so good.. i think my truck looks great for a truck that sits out 100% of the time all year... i have other videos i make every spring and fall making a record of how well my truck salt protection is holding up.. those videos are here on my youtube channel also.. so far so good..
