Today I’m sharing my homemade crispy Zinger burger recipe — super crunchy outside and juicy inside! Perfect for kids and family meals. ⸻ 🥩 Step 1: Prepare the Chicken • Take 5 large chicken breast pieces. • Pound them well using a meat hammer to tenderize and break the fibers. ⸻ 🥛 Step 2: Marination In a bowl, mix: • 1 cup milk • Juice of ½ lemon • 1 tbsp salt • 1 tbsp black pepper • 1 tbsp paprika powder Mix well and add the chicken pieces. Let them marinate overnight (best result) or at least 4–5 hours in the refrigerator. ⸻ 🌾 Step 3: Dry Coating Mixture In another bowl, mix: • 1 cup all-purpose flour • 1 cup cornflour • 1 tbsp salt • 1 tbsp black pepper • 1 tbsp ginger powder Mix everything properly. ⸻ 🍗 Step 4: Double Coating (Important for Extra Crispiness) 1. Take a marinated chicken piece and coat it well in the flour mixture. Press it properly with your hands. 2. Dip it again into the milk marinade. 3. Coat again in the flour mixture. 4. Shake off the excess flour gently. This double coating gives that perfect crispy texture. ⸻ 🔥 Step 5: Frying • Heat oil properly. • Once hot, reduce the flame to medium. • Deep fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy. Do not fry on high flame continuously, or the inside may remain uncooked. ⸻ 🥪 Step 6: Burger Sauce Mix together: • Chili sauce • Mustard sauce • Mayonnaise Mix well to make a creamy burger sauce. ⸻ 🍔 Step 7: Burger Assembly 1. Spread the prepared sauce on the burger bun. 2. Place the crispy chicken patty. 3. Add ketchup (optional). 4. Add shredded red cabbage or lettuce. 5.
