Build this AWESOME! and TUNABLE! MIA Micro-FLIGHT FPV 5.8 Ghz Antenna design, literally for 4 pennies!. Super Cheap! No Math or Formulas Involved Tunable via 3 Nylon Screws (THE BEST FEATURE as in all MIA Micro-FLIGHT FPV DIY Antennas) Easy to Manufacture What you need: (1) Typical SMA Connector and Coax to fit your FPV 5.8Hgz RX (4) Pennies (Shinny preferably :)) (3) M2 x 10 mm Nylon screws (3) M2 Nylon Nuts (3) Buma O-Rings 004 Size (1) M2 Drill bit (For the 3 holes for the nylon screws (1) M1 Drill Bit (For Center Hole on top pennie the active element ) Solder Soldering Iron 1/2 Hr of your time Important: Just make sure to align the center top penny to the delta pennies below, concentric, before and during drilling. Use tape and a piece of wood as a jig, and take your time. IT IS A FUN PROJECT, BUILD ONE NOW! Comments and questions welcome. If the Antenna does not seem to give you sharp image at a certain distance within the limits of your RF equipment, use a bit of trial and error and make tunning adjustments by tightening or loosening the nylon screws that hold the top and bottom sections.
