Join us for an eye-opening workshop with Dr. Scott R. Campbell, PhD, a leading medical entomologist with over 30 years of experience in public health and disease research. Learn everything you need to know about ticks, mosquitoes, and the diseases they carry, plus expert tips on prevention and protection. Dr. Campbell is currently the Laboratory Chief of the Arthropod-Borne Disease Laboratory for the Suffolk County Department of Health Services and has been involved in public health and research of arthropod-borne diseases for over 30 years. He and his staff are responsible for countywide surveillance for all mosquito-borne and tick-borne pathogens that cause human disease.
