Crux Pitch of La Pomme d’ Or Pitch 5 WI5+

This 369 video was taken early March 2024 and is of the crux pitch of the route. Pitch 5 that usually goes at WI5+ but being that we got on it in a particularly fat year and after festiglace La Pomme had seen quite a bit of traffic. So it was pretty easy for the grade and we likley got away with a climb that year we otherwise wouldn’t have been able to pull off at that skill set if it was full on glass WI5+ conditions. Either way it was such an incredible route that I will not soon forget. I am excited to get back there to try it out in more full on conditions.
