In his 4 page suicide letter addressed to the Chief Minister, the stock broker who was already under the police scanner for fraud cases makes shocking allegations, claims that the former CP and the DCP of Bangalore demanded 7 crore rupees from him, this at a time when he was already knee deep in debts. But while the former Police Commissioner goes into denial over the allegations, Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has ordered a CID enquiry into the case.
