This tutorial features the "Weary Wanderer"; a worn soul who's seen it all - or so you believe. That is, of course, until your weary feet brought you to Yharnam. The cobblestone beneath your boots feels like a welcome change to those dusty, unkempt roads you've travelled for so long. However, the narrow, umbral alleyways of Yharnam soon make you long for the spaciousness of the wild; that second home of yours. You're probably wondering why I choose to upload Bloodborne character creation-videos so long after the game launched. Well, I haven't played the game in a long time and felt like returning to Yharnam (and got completely hooked... again)! And then I created a few characters that I was really fond of and thought I'd share them on Youtube. There are loads of other character creation-videos already out there (obviously - again I'm late to the party :P), but I never found any of them to be particularly interesting (no offense to anyone!). So, maybe someone out there likes the characters I've created and wants to use them for themself. :) And, there might be some new folks coming to Yharnam, now that PS4 Pro has released, who are looking for this kind of stuff. One thing that isn't mentioned in the video is the base body I use. I typically use the one on the top left, but I don't think it matters if you just put the sliders as shown in the video. Also, don't be afraid of playing around with the sliders! It's your character after all. :) Another tip when creating a character: experiment with the "similar face" feature; every time you press it, the game randomly generates new faces based on your existing one. You can press the similar face-button, look at all the faces, if none of them looks good simply back out and then go back in (as long as you don't select one of the faces!) - repeat until you find a face you like. This is something I usually do after I'm done with my characters, to see if I get an even better-looking face, or to simply get a slight variation of the face I just made. Thanks for watching, good hunting, and, by the gods, fear the old blood! ;) --- Programs used: Sony Vegas Pro 10, Adobe Photoshop CC 2015, Bloodborne Fonts used: Flesh Wound, Gothical, Augusta (all of which can be downloaded for free at www.dafont.com) Music and sounds used: All of the music and sounds come from Bloodborne.
