Unabridged Cyst 💦 removal contained within an Abscess! The patient said it was there, Dr. Greenberg said he didn’t think it was- she was right and he was wrong. Happily the sac came out during the procedure; enjoy. • Cysts are collections of contents 🌋 contained within a sac. This is a massively inflamed Epidermal Inclusion Cyst (EIC). Evaluation, Diagnosis, Relief & Definitive Cyst Treatment may vary depending on multiple factors including: cost, patient goals, time to perform the procedure & patient recovery. This cyst had been growing for months & she wanted relief. After incision, the contents oozed out. I was able to drain copious amounts of heme tinged purulence post 3mm incision with an 11 blade.
