The single-lane Wooden Bridge leads over to the North Bull Wall and Bull Island at Dollymount. The wooden bridge was built in 1819 during the construction of the Bull Wall and was to be demolished after completion of the construction work. But the locals thankfully stood up for its preservation, and here it still stands, I like the sound of the wood moving when you drive over it. a lovely walk if you get the chance.
